Terms and Conditions

1. Driver Requirements

• 50cc: Minimum age 18 with a car license, or 16 with an AM license.

• 125cc: Minimum age 25 with a B license, or 18 with an A1 license.

2. Vehicle Use

• It is forbidden to leave Portugal.

• 50cc scooters are not allowed on highways.

• Towing, subletting, or driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is prohibited.

3. Payment and Deposit

• Deposit: €150.

• Basic insurance includes a €500 excess.

• Premium insurance reduces excess to €150.

4. Return

• Late return: €50 fine plus extra rental days.

• Return to a different location: €50 fee.

• Early return: No refund.

5. Assistance and Accidents

• 24h assistance line: +351 910 106 871

• Misuse incurs a €50 fee.

• In case of an accident, submit the accident form within 24 hours.

6. Insurance and Excess

• Insurance covers third-party liability only.

• Accessories and extras are not included in the reduced excess.

7. Fuel and Cleaning

• Missing fuel: €10

• Dirty scooter: €20

8. Fines and Violations

• The client is responsible for all fines.

• Admin fee: €30

• Towed scooter: €50
